Aerial Hoop Size

If you are not sure about the size you need, sit in a chair and measure from the seat to the top of your head, then add 10 cm (eg: if the measurement is 80 cm, then you need a 90 cm rim ).

If you are buying an aerial hoop for sharing, then 95 cm is the most suitable as it is the most popular size.
